Aim: The aims of the WP are to evaluate project’s relevance, efficiency and impact, to measure progress throughout project, to determine if project responds to main target groups’ needs, to measure project’s results among participants, to determine how project impacts contribute to developing the community of beneficiaries, to evaluate unexpected results, to monitor all processes, to establish quality control indicators and processes. Evaluation will be carried out throughout the project. Methodology: Evaluation will be carried out throughout the project. Evaluation and Quality control will be carried out through the Project Management System, which consists of an Evaluation Tool (a tool for creation and completion of on line questionnaires, a set of questionnaires covering the main evaluation domains of the project, which can be created just in time and a system for the automatic feedback) and a Quality Management System (defines degrees of control, responsibilities and authority to ensure that any services that do not conform with requirements are identified and controlled in order to prevent irregular use or delivery, including the application of any corrective measures that may be required). At the beginning of the project a Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) will be drafted which will include a series of measures designed to measure the level of quality of the developments at any time against the quality parameters established. This will enable project managers to respond appropriately and take action in line with the measures established in the project quality assurance plan. Also, there will be drafted an evaluation plan which will describe tools and methods for evaluation. Beginning Date: 1/11/2009 |
