Aim: The aim of this WP is the development of a complete e-learning course for advanced students (C1 and C2 level) in the Greek language. The e-learning contents that are going to be created will be based on the methodology developed in WP2. The contents will include: texts, multimedia files (audio, video, flash applications), exercises, tests, glossary, additional sources, links, cultural information etc. It will be uploaded in an e-learning platform which already exists (intellectual property of P1) and will be specially adapted for the specific course. Part of the material will be also: tests and exercises (in reading, writing, listening, speaking) in order for the advanced students to be prepared for the National Examinations for the Certificate of Attainment in Greek, level D (the highest) as well as instructions for the exams. The instructions of the exercises, the vocabulary and other necessary explanations will be translated in all the partner languages. Methodology: The methodology of this WP is the following: P1 and P2 will prepare jointly a draft outline of the content which will contain the index of the contents, the media to be used, the type of the exercises etc. This outline will be sent to the other partners who will make suggestions for improvements and/or changes. On the basis of these suggestions, P1 and P2 will prepare a final proposal which, if accepted by all the partners, will be the basis for the development of the content. At the same time, the existing e-learning platform will be adapted in order to fit the needs of this course. The final material (including multimedia, exercises etc.) will be uploaded in the e-learning platform. The instructions of the exercises, the vocabulary and other necessary explanations will be sent to the other partners in order to be translated in their languages and "national" versions of the course will be created. On the basis of these translations, a matrix of advanced vocabulary will be created for all partner languages. Beginning Date: 1/11/2010 |
